[Following the conversation where Squall kept warning Rinoa not to get into trouble which is a waste of time but whatever, she decides to mess with him by calling him with reports as if she were on some dangerous operation.

Her first call comes about an hour after she spoke to him last. If she gets his voicemail she just leaves a message, and if he happens to answer she begins to speak immediately when she hears the click when he picks up.]

Timber Wolf checking in, sir. We're about to cross over enemy lines and there are no casualties to report as of yet.

[ After stalking out the outside of room 3-11, once the coast was clear, Rinoa had sent Angelo over that way to drop off at the door a small dark red gift bag, with white tissue paper sticking out of it. The small tag attached the handle was labeled, 'Squall'.

Inside the bag was a box of playing cards, a small hand written note the same size of the cards slipped into the box, 'Happy Birthday'. There's no other note saying who it's from. ]
